If you make use of our Optional Admin Services option, we will be keeping a constant eye on your Virtual Private Server and all the processes running on it. As a result you will have more time for your web sites or apps.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup of your hosted content is vital – you never know when something would go wrong. And having signed for the Optional Admin Services option, you will enjoy weekly backups of your whole VPS, not only of your data, without you needing to install or configure anything. And the backup copies are placed on a server with a group of RAID–configured hard disk drives. This means that your hosted content will always be safe and sound, no matter what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

While a Virtual Private Server gives you an almost infinite number of possibilities, you will sometimes have to install additional pieces of software. And that is where our Installation & Troubleshooting solution can help you out. It’s an integral part of our Optional Admin Services package, which enables you to ask any of our seasoned server admins to install and set up any kind of software and to take care of any issue that you are having with the server.

The Optional Admin Services deal comes bundled with most of our OpenVZ VPS Servers. It’s an add–on for our KVM VPS Servers.
